Ahh, maybe you should look again because they aren't all white. I really enjoy the black and white of the young lady with her hands on her head...she really connects with whom ever is behind the camera.
Interesting that they are mostly white and that the token few who are not are held as an example of this sets "diversity".
So there are 3 non-white chicks. Where are the rest of'm? Nice photos, though.
Also interesting is the fact that the 50 most amazing photos featured mainly people from non-first world countries, but the 30 portraits of beautiful women are mostly European/North American (or it seems like). I guess the media's portrayal of what's considered beautiful affects artistic ideals as well. Kind of disappointing.
Its not weird or racist if whoever put this list together thinks white women are beautiful. People act like because people are white there's something wrong with them, wtf? Oh sorry your biological programming is so fragile that a single website will probably completely convince you that only white women are beautiful, my bad. Besides they're not all white.
What's with the racial insecurity? If the 30 best portraits on flickr happen to be of 90% white women, how is that the fault of the person who compiled the list? Should he sacrifice the quality of the list just to add a few non-white faces? Instead of expecting the person to potentially weaken this list by adding portraits based on race instead of quality, get out and take better pictures than the ones in the list! Maybe if some of the racially motivated critics took the same passion with which they attack others' sensibilities and used it to take their own excellent quality portraits of non-white women, the alleged problem would be solved in a more constructive manner than just insinuating racism.

white=beautiful? it can...but that is not the only beauty (as whoever compiled these pictures likes to beleive). anyone who says this is not a biased page is what i like to call a "tool".

these women are just white faces to me, i defintely dont think white is beautiful. its more pale and dead to me. wierd face angles, all those photos were edited in photoshop anyway. the real people probably look like stick and bones or...not as beautiful as the pictures claim. My girl tops all of them, and im not even tryna brag or anything. Maybe this other guys right, I will make sure i put it on my to do list to photograph beautiful women of color, including mine.

It seems like you people crying "racism!" think that whiteness is a culture in and of itself. It's not; there are tons of different cultures whose people happen to have white skin, and not all white people are the same. It really gets to me that the people who are quickest to allege racism end up exposing their own racism. How narcissistic do you have to be to make something that has nothing to do with you revolve around yourself (i.e. this is offensive/discriminatory/prejudiced against me) Beautiful women come in all colors. I almost can't even handle reading comments on the Internet anymore because every single website I go to is filled with "white women are ugly" or "this is RACIST". Why is it wrong to make generalizations about race in every case EXCEPT that of white people? People act like racism is the biggest obstacle in the world, and they think white people don't have it, so they have everything easy. Hypocrites. If this post makes you angry, it's probably directed right at you. You can't judge shit about a person by the color of their skin. Any person, any skin color.
there are some very nice pics here but many of them are just normal cliches of beauty. Their are many different sizes and shapes of beauty....it would be nice if they were represented here....but still there were some very eyecatching and beautiful pictues here
Do you think it is a coincidence that 90% of black man go for white women? Face it boys and girls... yes, white women are at the top of the beauty pyramid... Now, for the dark side... Because of all this trend of Inter-racial marriages and relationships, the ones who are worried about to many white women in threads like this will not need to worry any more... In the near future, and because white boys and white girls no longer get together... there will be no more white women in the future! White race will in fact disappear. You like your race? Preserve it than... get it on with the ones of your kind... Petter - European, white and in a relationship with a fellow white women.
