The shapes were developed totally by hand using brush and ink. The angle and radius described by the movements of hand and wrist, together with the tools used, specify the angle, curve and direction of each stroke.
The particular stroke is produced by pushing the brush down securely at the beginning of each stroke, so that the width of the stroke represents the brush hair's length from idea to stem. This leads to interesting information where strokes satisfy and curve, and a general dynamic
type face.
Each glyph was digitized separately to maintain the abnormalities that result in the typefaces dynamic character. During this procedure the corners were honed to provide it a more energetic and active personality.
Acron is an all caps typeface, with each glyph pair (Aa) being made up of appreciable shapes.
