Adams was developed by Hans van Maanen, Dolf Overbeek and released by Canada Type. Adams includes 4 designs and household package choices. p > Adams is a revival and significant growth of Dolf Overbeek's Studio typeface and Flambard, its strong counterpart, initially published by the Amsterdam Type Foundry in 1946 and 1954. This digital variation adds little caps and a new light weight.

Adams is a simple upright, flat brush script, with stroke angles carefully created to provide the very same color in all sizes. It is similar to the sign lettering frequently found in the 1930s and 1940s.
