In 1779, the schooner Prosperity cruised the high seas. Commissioned by a young continental congress, with 6 weapons & & at twenty heaps, she sailed under a Letter of Marque for patriotism and revenue. Look dynamic with contextual and alternate glyph sets (contextual glyphs, alternate lowercase glyphs and an extended set of alternate capitals), this robust typeface is as motivating as her name and adapts to whatever winds might blow. Prosperity is created as a free-flowing script, for a spontaneous and historic aesthetic.
Well fit for headlines, packaging and display screen applications, AE Prosperity will be a robust and flexible addition to your script library. It's purposefully designed to presume the visual connections of letters for a hand-lettered feel. Some characters will link, and others will assist your eye to the next letter from, making it extremely understandable.
Contextual glyphs consist of variations on tt (brief and longbar), t longbar, ll, cc and other characters. Contextual features alter ascender heights and descender styles.
Alternate glyphs (set 1) consist of variations on b, d, f, g, h, l, o, p, r, s, t, y.
Alternate capitals (set 2) consist of a total set of alternate upper case letters.
Most helpful with Adobe ® InDesign ®, several variations of letter mixes can be achieved by selecting Contextual glyphs, and/or set 1 and set 2 from the Character Combination: OpenType: Stylistic Sets menu. Alternate glyphs and contextual characters will be offered based upon the OpenType support of your application.
