Ano Angular was developed by Gareth Hague and published by Alias. Ano Angular includes 3 designs and family plan alternatives. p > Ano Angular was initially designed for a fashion business. It was to be used as a heading type, half method between the logo design we had actually developed - made up of straight lines just - and our circle-based Ano typeface, which was to be used for text.

Its design is based upon the concept of mixing circles with triangles into letter shapes in a modular, constructed way. The impact is digital, mathematical, remeniscent of the typography of 1980s arcade video games such as Asteroids.
