Designers: Miguel Hernández, Daniel HernándezSince the experimentation from the Bauhaus through contemporary sans history, we searched for a brand-new mix to construct a reasonable geometric typeface with humanist percentages ideal for text design and continuous reading.
Inspired by American & & European hand lettering from the first half of the past century, Arquitecta finds its own area as an excellent alternative for paragraphs in front of classics like Futura, Kabel or Avant Garde.
The household consists of 8 upright romans and 8 italics with the following functions:
- European accents, Old Design Numbers, Numerators & & Fractions.
- Ink traps to prevent press impressing spots & hinting optimized.
- Little X-height with emphasized ascenders and descenders.
Designed by Daniel Hernández Sánchez and Miguel Hernández Montoya between the months of August and December of 2013.
