Ashemore was created by Jeremy Dooley and published by insigne. Ashemore includes 36 designs and household plan options. p > Ashemore developed as an outcome of my sees to Barcelona, Spain and to Germany, followed not long after by a visit to Asheville, North Carolina. Mixing the designs of art and architecture from these 3 locations may seem initially to lead to an uncommon formula, however the distinct and flamboyant style of Art Nouveau and the Arts and Crafts style combined with the more rigorous rules of a sans serif transfer well into a gorgeous and very functional mix of these individually eccentric types. The resulting typeface keeps the Art Nouveau and Artisan design flavors, which shine through the typeface regardless of its geometric base.

One of the font style's specifying characteristics is the unique terminators of its C, G and S. This face's texture and rhythm likewise moves well in longer texts. These and other functions provide Ashemore a restrained bohemian ambiance that seems particularly appropriate for a coffee house or an art gallery.

The Ashemore household has a complete variety of six weights from thin to black and includes condensed and extended options for a total of 36 fonts. The typeface also includes some distinct OpenType alternates that make the superfamily much more flexible. Ashemore is equipped for intricate professional typography, consisting of alternates, small caps and lots of alternate characters. The face also has a variety of character sets, consisting of tabular figures, portions, old-style, lining figures and superiors and inferiors. OpenType-capable applications such as Quark or the Adobe Suite can maximize automated ligatures and alternates. You can discover these functions showed in the.pdf brochure.

Ashemore also consists of the glyphs to support a large range of languages, consisting of Central, Eastern and Western European languages. In all, Ashemore supports over 40 languages that use the extended Latin script, making the brand-new addition a terrific choice for multi-lingual publications and packaging.
