Athanasius PRO is a serif typeface family. This typeface has twelve styles and was published by preussTYPE.

Typesetting for books, magazines or yearly reports requires font households with special qualities: outstanding readability, a generous variety of weights with italics and small caps, numerous figure sets (lining, oldstyle, table) and sufficient language coverage.

Athanasius is such a typeface. The Baroque typefaces are one of my passions. Whenever possible, I feel the old types of glyphs and create a brand-new, modern-day typeface with a touch of opulence of the Baroque.
