Developed by Gert Wiescher, Azur is a sans serif typeface household. This typeface has thirty-two designs and was published by Wiescher-Design.

" Azur" is my tribute to the gorgeous Côte d'Azur and the Provence Alpes Maritime Region.

Classic percentages with a few unique letterforms occasionally to offer the typeface its special, lovely, Mediteranean character. Some ligatures and old design figures finish the sets. I added a soft cornered rounded variation to make it an even friendlier typeface. Naturally there are real italic sets to make things complete.
