Basile was designed by Darío Muhafara and released by Tipo. Basile contains 1 design. Basile is the conclusion of a procedure that started with the knowing of italic handwriting in a roballos-Naab studio course. In this workshop I developed a variation of chancery handwriting which had a more pronounced wider than its historical model.

While making the digitalization, the forms were customized to get a comparable spirit to the one in the handwriting, but thinking of the text in little sizes. Also incorporating 3 sets of types bigger the family: italic, swash and additional swash. And the addition of initials and terminals sets.
