Beatle was created by Maximiliano Sproviero and released by Lián Types. Beatle consists of 2 styles and family bundle alternatives. p > What if Platt R. Spencer and Charles P. Zaner were born in mid-20th Century? What if instead of Beethoven or Chopin they were fan of The Beatles or perhaps The Mamas & & Papas?

Beatle is what I think those masters would have made with their hands if they were influenced by music of our 60s. Letters yelling for peace, like a true hippie does, with a great deal of elegance.

In the 1960s and 1970s "typography" suffered a remarkable modification. Often influenced by hallucinogens and the psychedelia motion, artists started to break some rules of type by providing letters a great deal of motion. They would alter their proportions, play with the standard and the reasoning of distribution of weights.

With Beatle I wished to mix the delicacy of engrossers script with the enthusiasm of flower power. Since hippies plainly do not follow actually strict rules, I found that neither did letters from that era. Or, a minimum of, there are few (if any) guides of lettering which describe how to do them out there.

The outcome is a font developed with a lot of flexibility; filled up with intriguing alternates and fat tails.

Enjoy it and obviously, let it be.
