Berber was designed by Niels Oeltien, Lan Huang and published by Letterbox. Berber consists of 2 designs and family package alternatives. p > Initially influenced by an untitled typeface from an old hand-lettering book, Berber has been thoroughly established over 2 incarnations to work as an extremely strong and positive sans. The 2011 Berber revisions have made it possible for Berber to be utilized across longer settings along with its more standard use on larger applications such as signage. Berber was used as the text face for issue 46 of Eye, the graphic style journal. The typeface now includes both king caps and little caps. Extensive additions to the characters sets and complete opentype sets of global diacritics also extend its usage.
