Created by Mariya V. Pigoulevskaya, Boita is a serif typeface family. This typeface has five styles and was published by The Northern Block.

Boita is an elegant display serif type household. Developed for high impact, it features generous x-height, high contrast, confident curves and sharp serifs. Its condensed percentages permit for a great effect even in restricted spacial circumstances. Boita types "smooth as velvet" texture on the page, whilst staying clearly confident. It supports both Latin and Cyrillic scripts.
In 2017 Boita made a Bronze Award in the International Typography competition by Hiiibrand.
