Breve News was designed by Dino dos Santos and published by DSType. Breve News contains 12 designs and family bundle options. p > Breve was created for use in editorial projects. Easy however with sufficient character to wait is own, in a quest for a more strong and contemporary appearance. All the font styles in Breve superfamily, share the very same precise structure, both in regards to anatomy and performance. The Text versions provide a softer and warm feel to the typographic scheme and is planned for use in a lot longer passages of text, while the Title versions are distinguished by non-descending letterforms, making the titles and headlines much more consistent and fascinating. The News variation is more traditional, with ball terminals and timeless proportions, while the Show is, somehow, the set of fonts we needed to design: extra-black, ultra-contrasted, proud-display fonts.
