Breve Text was designed by Dino dos Santos and published by DSType. Breve Text consists of 12 designs and household bundle choices. p > Breve was created for usage in editorial tasks. Simple but with sufficient personality to stand by is own, in a quest for a more forceful and contemporary appearance. All the fonts in Breve superfamily, share the very same specific structure, both in regards to anatomy and functionality. The Text variations provide a softer and warm feel to the typographic scheme and is planned for use in much longer passages of text, while the Title variations are differentiated by non-descending letterforms, making the titles and headings much more consistent and intriguing. The News variation is more traditional, with ball terminals and timeless proportions, while the Show is, somehow, the set of font styles we needed to style: extra-black, ultra-contrasted, proud-display typefaces.
