The Developed household can be found in 5 weights, from extra-light to strong. However not your common thin to fat linear range. When you're developing for the screen, there are practical restrictions with light font styles. Nowadays, with variable resolutions and screen sizes, going lighter means going bigger. Much larger. And it's no fun if your words wind up falling off the line. Constructed in fact gets narrower as it gets lighter. Now you can scale method up and still have room to spare. Set appealing, large page titles without fretting if the words will fit.

Tabular (monospace) numerals are useful when you have lists of numbers to align. In headings, tabular characters don't look so hot-- and they waste area. Lots of font styles let you pick between proportional and tabular numerals. OpenType technology lets designers access different types of numerals, however implementing OpenType features on the internet isn't fun-- it's not constantly practical. Developed has an easy service: if you shut off kerning, numerals, financial symbols and a lot of mathematics signs line up. Easy.

Built has portions, primes, numeric ordinals, compact accents, the Indian rupee and the Turkish lira. As Developed loses weight, its asterisk grows more legs, maintaining it's existence even in Extra-Light. The italics are squeezed thin and relaxed on the sides, producing cool focus that's more than just a slant.
