Byblos was published by Wiescher Style. Byblos consists of 1 design. p >" Byblos" is the name of a town in Lebanon and the name of a popular hotel in St. Tropez. A long time ago I discovered their initial logo in an old french magazine, simply 5 by 3 centimeters little without any text, address, phone number not even an image. They did not need that, that's how popular the hotel and its old logo design was. Well they abandoned their identity when the place was offered to a huge chain-- I think.

But the logotype, simply those five letters motivated me to this brand-new font style. It stimulates times past and has a little Bauhaus in it-- in addition to an actually modern-day touch, all depends upon the way you utilize it.
