Publisher: Cape Arcona Type FoundryCA Postal is an adorable and clever little stamp-font. It was initially meant for a record-cover only, but when the artist desired all lyrics printed in the pamphlet, it was time for a font style. The initial motivation was a moveable-stamp printing-set, which had a good Futura-like design, being really enjoyable to read, particularly in little sizes. But obviously it's the loose and irregular lays out that give the font style its special appeals.
CA Postal includes 2 sets of characters and the "Contextual Alternates" feature will make sure that never ever 2 similar characters will stand next to each other, so that the stamp-look ends up being much more authentic.
