Cadmus Pro was created by Jim Rimmer and released by Canada Type. Cadmus Pro includes 1 style. p > Cadmus Pro is the freshly remastered and significantly expanded variation of a Jim Rimmer style based upon a type initially done by hand lettering artist Robert Foster. Foster's type, called Pericles, was published by ATF in the 1930s, and utilized in lettering publications and advertising headings. The design is based closely on early inscriptional Greek.

Cadmus Pro comes with over 1130 glyphs, covering practically all Latin languages (consisting of Vietnamese) along with Cyrillic, Greek and Hebrew. OpenType features consist of stylistic alternates, automatic fractions, ordinals, and little figure ranges for superiors and inferiors.
