Chopped is a display serif font family. This typeface has two styles and was released by Tipo Pépel.

This typeface was influenced by the font Pabst Heavy, created by Chauncey Hawley Griffith in 1928 for Linotype. Because of its official characteristics, remembers the popular Cooper Black and most likely was the response of Linotype to counter the popularity of this font distributed by the "American Type Creators" was acquired.

It's a heavy typeface, perfect for headings or for usage in creating logo designs, rounded shapes and gestures stimulate dynamism and make it perfect to highlight particular words or phrases.
