Cleveden was influenced by some lettering sighted on a disregarded and rather ruined brass plaque, affixed to a senior office complex. The elegance and character (somehow spirited and formal at the exact same time) of the letterforms shone through he stained state of the plaque. As an aside the brass plaque in question was on the previous business facilities of a long recognized firm of accountants. We suspect the ethics of that occupation would prevent us determining which one. Our efforts to determine their engraver have actually proven unavailing. Cleveden is a household of four typefaces, Routine, Strong, Capitals and Capitals Vibrant. They are ideal for designs that call for unique rule and specifically lend themselves to signs, certificates, and -attempt it be stated- etched plaques!
