My wife was enjoying a baking program in which a Scottish guy attempted to cook a clootie. A what?? A clootie??? Never ever become aware of a clootie!

Apparently it is a suet dumpling, including dried fruits (like raisins) and boiled in a piece of fabric (clootie means 'rag' or 'strip of cloth' in Scottish).
