Cover Charge JNL is a art deco font published by Jeff Levine Fonts.

Although less widespread today, a cover charge was included to better class night clubs of the 1930s and 1940s to dissuade patronage by individuals of doubtful social graces. The basic idea was that the lower strata of society (indicating the "average Joe" or "hoi polloi") would balk at paying an extra charge simply for entrance to a location of great home entertainment and fine dining.
