Deca Serif New contains 8 styles and family package choices. p > Deca Serif New is a considerably modified version of Deca Serif. It is a pure low contrast serif face with squarish oval shapes and quite narrow percentages. The typeface is nicely understandable in small sizes and can be advised for scientific, legal, main and service files. Deca Serif New's differences from the original Deca Serif are: slight corrections of the letterforms, extended character set (now consisting of Greek and Extended Cyrillic) and a variety of styles. Now there are 8 faces: four upright designs of various weight and corresponding italics. Deca Serif New along with Deca Serif is an ideal buddy face for Deca Sans. The typeface was designed by Natalia Vasilyeva and launched by Paratype in 2017.
