Dominion was based upon an early 1970s movie type called Lampoon, and called after an edgy 1980s goth-rock song by the Sis of Mercy.
Dominion's significantly geometric shapes are a weird cross between early Bauhaus minimalism and later sharp square faces utilized for instance in Soviet propaganda posters. While preserving the strong confidence of the primary font style, the italic produces a strong tip of a race cars and truck decal appearance.
Both styles of Dominion include a comprehensive character set that includes assistance for Central and Eastern European languages, Turkish, Baltic, Celtic, Maltese and Esperanto. A few alternate characters are likewise consisted of in the character map.
