Dsert was created by Diego Aravena Silo and published by Latinotype. Dsert includes 47 designs and family bundle options. p > D Sert-based on the Pirata typeface-is motivated by 70s Chilean constructivist style and the political propaganda posters art work of La Unidad Popular (Chilean political union). D Sert is the result of the mix of the Chilean graphic art revival with new trends, such as the handcrafted motion and extremely font families.

The super household makes up 47 weights and includes two versions: D Sert and D Sert Alt, plus bonus. Diagonal strokes are substantially various in between the 2 versions: diagonals of the Alt variation are much more sensible than the diagonals of the typical variation. Another distinction is the bowls of the capitals: in the D Sert variation, they slightly project above the cap height, making it a more bold version and bringing it closer to calligraphy; contrarily, in the Alt variation, bowls do not project above the cap height, which makes it a more tidy typeface. By doing this, the combination of the 2 versions and extras provides the user with the flexibility to produce any sort of artwork.
