Developed by Jakob Fischer, Eksperiment is a grunge and hand display typeface family. This typeface has two styles and was published by Pizzadude.dk.

Eksperiment is danish for experiment. Without much guessing or knowledge to danish, you probably already understood that! I like those danish words consisting of a "k" - is it because my name is spelled with a "k"? I don't know - perhaps it's due to the fact that it kind of represents the danish language, which has plenty of words with "k" s:)
Anyway, the factor for the name is that I desired a typeface appearing like it had gone through difficult times, a bad photocopier and possibly even crumpled paper…… however the experiment is that the typeface is 100% made using digital media. I used my MacBook and my iPad developing this typeface. I find it quite amusing, that something 100% digital appearances like something organic:)
I have actually added 5 various variations of each letter, which is truly practical when dealing with grunge typefaces. It looks more natural, when the same letter seldom duplicates itself.
