The casual hand-brushed Favorite Set has 10 modern scripts and other handwritten font styles designed to collaborate, but can also base on their own. There are really two subfamilies: Favorite and the even-more informal Fave Casual, both have scripts in two weights and supporting handwritten equivalents, for a total of ten typefaces covering the casual spectrum. All are optimized for big type usage too so they look as great up close as they do set at smaller sizes.

Fave has a great deals of cool functions that occur largely in the background. All of the typefaces use the OpenType Requirement Ligature function to automatically distinguish consecutive lowercase letters and numbers (using separate glyphs) and like our previous release Turbinado, they also immediately separate like characters that are separated by another letter when Standard Ligatures is enabled.

The script typefaces have alternate uppercase and lowercase characters consisting of several t (and double t) crossbar rotates that can be selected from the OpenType glyph table manually. You can allow the Contextual Alternates function to instantly insert a bigger crossbar as the surrounding letters permit throughout a text box or document. You can also make your own customized lowercase t and crossbar to fit any scenario-- all of the lowercase t ascenders and crossbars are offered independently in the OpenType glyph table, and can be combined and moved around manually.

Fave Script and its bold equivalent have two Stylistic Sets. When allowed, one instantly substitutes non-connecting alternate characters at the ends of words, the other substitutes even larger t crossbars than the Standard Ligature function does.

Other subtle however ideally practical functions consist of wise apostrophes, which place themselves between 2 script characters in common scenarios without breaking their connection, and a couple of ligatures that likewise make character connections more seamless.
