Publisher: preussTYPEFloridana is a digitizing of a handwriting typeface of Hildegard Korger. It was released in 1965 by Typoart Dresden as Typoskript. Hildegard Korger was excellent instructor and teacher at the ‘‘ Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig' considering that 1968. Born in 1935, she is popular for her writing on type and lettering, and some of her calligraphic productions. In Floridana are Latin Extended-A and Ligatures supported in OpenType.
Floridana have ligatures and contextual alternates to aid with circulation and readability. It can be utilized for invitations, greeting cards, posters, marketing, weddings, books, menus etc.
