The comprehensive floral pattern surrounded by thick lays out remained in my mind although the play's name and cast have faded. I finally attempted to recreate the design from memory and Forgotten Playbill is the result.

While all letters are really capitals, the uppercase rotate slightly counterclockwise and the lowercase a little clockwise. I suggest rotating in between the two to recreate my secret inspiration.
