The Danish capital Copenhagen has needed a typeface that joins the city's lots of visual expressions.
The three designers Morten Rostgaard Olsen, Henrik Birkvig and Ole Søndergaard have developed and developed the typeface FP København. Now offered in total 44 styles.
The shape of the letters are inspired by the city's culture and the visual environment and design in Denmark in the 20th century.
It is reasonably low and wide as the city itself and with rounded corners that provide it a warm visual mood.
" You can find examples of the usage of a typeface with the exact same function in other parts of the world, for instance, to determine areas or metropolitan tourist products. FP København is our take on that sort of typeface" the designers add.
