Twentieth-century design influence is revealed in strokes of more even weight than in the original nineteenth-century Egyptians or Slab Serifs.
Rockwell is a prime example of this twentieth-century technique. It appears to be an easy Constructivist geometric sans with strong square slab serifs contributed to. Angular terminals make its durable design particular gleaming. It is a strong face for headings and posters, and is readable in extremely short text blocks.
Cyrillic version was established at ParaType in 2000 by Isay Slutsker and Manvel Shmavonyan.
