Glosa is a serif font style family. This typeface has eight designs and was released by DSType.

Glosa is a type household developed for editorial purposes.

Glosa is fragile and highly legible at really little sizes however reveals all its strength and character when utilized at huge sizes. The contrast of the sharped serifs and ball terminals, supply a fresh and really contemporary look.

Glosa Text is a bracketed serif, softer, smooth and less distinctive, appropriate for text settings. Both styles have four weights and italics, in a workhorse typeface, filled with OpenType functions such as Little Caps, Tabular Figures, Central Europe characters and Historical Figures, amongst others.

Glosa Heading is preferably fit for nameplates and heading typography, with four weights and with lowercase matching the little caps.

In Glosa many of the diacritics were designed to fit the gap in between the x-height and the caps height, avoiding some common issues with the accented characters.
