Hibernica was developed by Andreas Stötzner and published by SIAS. The style of Hibernica is based upon my Lapidaria family. With Lapidaria it shares the traditional look and coolness, stroke pattern, percentages and measurements. For That Reason Hibernica and Lapidaria are an ideal couple for bilingual text editing, e.g. Irish-- English (not to forget the Greek parts of Lapidaria!). All fonts include the complete set of dotted ḃ ċ ḋ ḟ ġ ṁ ṗ ṡ ṫ in upper- and lowercase and an additional set of a dozen celtic ornaments.

Hibernica also ows its "Minor-Medior" idea to Lapidaria, that is an unique uncial-style alternative set for lowercase letters.
