This typeface is the digital counterpart to the wood type made as part of the Hamilton Tradition Task. It incorporates several themes that prevailed in 19th-century type style, consisting of split tuscan serifs with angled mansard-style sides, heavy weight positioning at the top and bottom of letters (traditionally described as French or Italian/Italienne, despite any real relation to those nations), and a prolonged total width.
This digital version contains over 400 glyphs for complete European language protection.
