Jeff Script is based upon the initial handwriting of a distinguished Russian type designer Vladimir Yefimov. Vladimir designed a plenty of Cyrillic fonts that became classical amongst contemporary Cyrillic type designs.
Being exceptionally busy with type tasks, he never had time to digitize his own script and this lacuna was filled by Gennady Fridman. The font was developed for the 60th anniversary of Master and launched by ParaType in 2009.
.Jeff Photos is based on pictures from Vladimir Yefimov's sketch-books. It appears quite spontaneous, since the face was gathered from little sketches, artistic works or marginal notes. It provides full scope for creativity in display screen typography and may be even utilized for comic books.
.The typeface was digitized by Anna Shmeleva and launched by ParaType in 2015 as a supplement for Jeff Script.
