Komet Pro was designed by Jan Fromm and published by Jan Fromm. Komet Pro includes 16 designs and family bundle alternatives. p > Komet is a strong typeface with a calm and upright feel. Although it obtains motivation from classical English sans-serifs, it's not too carefully related to that design. Komet, instead, feels rather more dynamic and contemporary.

Its compact spacing, low stroke contrast and heavy dots and accents provide it a nearly monolinear quality. The diagonals are slightly curved and the counters of the round letters such as b, o and q are generously wide. The muted, understated middle weights are constructed for extended body copy, while Komet's thin and dark weights look vigorous and assertive and produce subtly expressive headlines.
