The typeface was motivated and name after the city I was born (Macaé-RJ, Brazil), turning the mix between nature/beach life and the disorderly urban growth into typography. The alternatives (weight, width and real italics) make the typeface useful both for web and print in several celebrations; think websites, posters, logos, signage, packaging and etc.

Macahe covers several languages, consisting of a large range of Latin and some Cyrillic languages.
