Madeleine was created by Kimmy Kirkwood and released by Kimmy Design. Madeleine contains 3 styles and family package options. p > In one of my senior thesis classes, I was designated to create a logotype for a 5 Star hotel or restaurant. I instantly reflected to my study abroad takes a trip in Italy, and specifically kept in mind marveling at a particular hotel, Le Sirenuse, in Positano, Italy on the Almafi Coast. I was traveling with my mama and we both loved the hotel so much we consumed there one night just to marvel at its style (it was far too costly to stay there.) I desired the logo to be delicate and sophisticated. It looked to have a bit of french impact, but I took the curves from the handrails and furniture in the hotel.

I was so pleased the method the logo-style ended, that I chose to produce a whole typeface from it. I referenced a few other typefaces, mostly to compare how every letter linked to each other. I ended up calling the font Madeleine, because of its delicate and classy French style.

I have actually used the font in developing invitations, a child book and vintage poster styles. I would suggest utilizing in comparable ways, however I leave it to the designer to choose.
