Marsh Scroll was developed by James Marsh and published by ArtyType. Marsh Scroll contains 1 design. p > The idea for 'Scroll' concerned me fully formed when setting out to develop a bold screen typeface. The facility for this was to base the letter-forms on a rolled strip of paper. An easy sufficient idea in principle but one I hadn't seen before.

After working out the fundamental characters I set about finishing the full impact I wanted. This was attained by applying an appropriately incised line following the curve at each turning point to communicate the crucial three-dimensional aspects of a scroll.

Although the phonetic name personifying the font style existed as a working title from the beginning, I didn't devote to it totally till whatever was entirely solved.
