Designed by Cahya Sofyan, Matahari Sans is a sans serif font household. This typeface has fifty-two designs and was released by Studio Sun.

Referring to Grotesque Font style and affected by the works of Eric Gill, Matahari Typeface is offered in 3 widths and 7 weights, also in Oblique variation in each font style. The font style uses oldstyle and transitional letters (double-story 'a' and 'g'). It has a humanist gesture, the thickness of the font style is semi-monolinear where the horizontal and vertical size is almost equivalent, making the font reach its optimum optical readability even in little sizes. The font anatomy refers to the basic geometric square-sized of the letter'M', while the letters of S/C/G/ c/e have irregular curve shape which offer the sense of humanist and versatility.
