The source of inspiration for MFC Decatur Monogram is a wonderfully styled blackletter from JM. Bergling's 1914 book on Monograms and Inscription Alphabets. This elegant decorative design was shown just shown as Uppercase, so we took it even more by crafting matching Smallcaps, Characters, and lined Capitals, Smallcaps, and Characters.

MFC Decatur Monogram can produce one, two, or 3 letter monograms along with standard headline and titling settings. It is a refined look that is as darling as it is elegant.

Decatur Monogram's numeral set and bullet dividers permit much more detailed and tailored monograms.

If you desire to produce a more customized look, you can add any of a handful of complimentary brackets to surround your monogram setting. Any monograms or typesettings surrounded by brackets, braces, or parenthesis will auto line the middle lettersets.

And last but not least, due to its traditional smallcaps - Capitals - smallcaps structure, Decatur Monogram can also type distinct headings & & titles.
