Milafleur provides the second member in the series of pictorial typefaces with calligraphic miniatures by Lyudmila Mikhailova. The first font of the series, Milanette, was released one month earlier. Milafleur includes more than 60 images primarily flowers which specify the origin of its name. In contrast to Milanette the images in Milafleur are less abstract and hence can be used as little illustrations in greeting texts, postcards, intimate notes, journals and even in Christmas cards due to the fact that a few of the pictures reveal strobiles rather of flowers and coniferous branches instead of leaves. Launched by ParaType in 2011.
