Designed by Milka Peikova, Botio Nikoltchev, Ani Petrova and Adam Twardoch, Milka is a grunge and stencil typeface family. This typeface has eight styles and was released by Lettersoup.

Milka is an 8-style stencil font household created by a group of designers born within the span of almost 70 years. It is a digital expansion on an alphabet created in 1979 by the famous Bulgarian artist Milka Peikova.

The fundamental Milka font style is a tidy stencil style, while the Aged, Baked, Brittle, Crunchy, Dry and Soft styles are influenced by stencil and letterpress strategies and broaden the usefulness by including numerous degrees of heat or roughness. The Milka typeface family has substantial Latin, Cyrillic and Greek character set support including localized kinds for Russian and Bulgarian in addition to many OpenType features.

Since 2014, Berlin-based Bulgarian type designer Botio Nikoltchev has actually been working with 3 Bulgarian female designers (the original designer Milka Peikova, who died in 2016 at the age of 96, and with Ani Petrova and Anelia Pashova, both from a young generation), in addition to with Berlin-based Adam Twardoch and Andreas Eigendorf to produce a modern-day revival of Ms Peikova's motivating stencil alphabet. Milka Peikova (1919-2016) was among Bulgaria's most famous woman artists whose work has influenced numerous generations of Bulgarian designers. Throughout her excellent career covering almost seven years, she created paintings, posters, book covers, textile styles and alphabets, both individually and together with her partner Georgi Kovachev-Grishata (1920-- 2012).
