Capitals which are typically entirely round are now square inside with curving outside corners. Lowercase letters carry the exact same design traits. And, in the capital A and H, crossbars extend on both sides assisting provide the face a pronounced retro appearance.

Mingo Gothic is a close cousin to Raleigh Gothic and is an outstanding choice for book covers and big screen settings. Little caps, portions, and alternate characters have actually also been developed for greater layout adaptability.

Mingo Gothic Vibrant is now offered in the OpenType format. Some new characters have been contributed to this OpenType version as stylistic alternates, historical types, little caps, oldstyle figures, ornaments, and f-ligatures. These sophisticated functions operate in current versions of Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Creative Suite Illustrator, and Quark XPress. Look for OpenType advanced function support in other applications as it gradually becomes readily available with upgrades.
