Monolisk was developed by Jonathan Gibson and released by Studio Buchanan. Monolisk includes 10 designs and household bundle alternatives. p > Monolisk is a stiff, gothic typeface that draws on inspiration from Eastmodern and Brutalist architecture. It's monolithic glyphs, undaunted and unapologetic in their construction, create an aesthetically striking style that feels vibrant and jailing. Monolisk provides a dominant sense of uniformity, to the point of obstinance, while little elements of it's comprise aid to develop an undertone of rebellion and dissent, permitting an element of peculiarity and personality.

Available in 5 weights, each with a corresponding oblique, Monolisk comes equipped with over 700 characters across a range of languages. A large set of stylistic alternate glyphs provide Monolisk further diversity of character all of which retain it's strong and effective nature. Other open type functions consist of a set of vertically stacked portions, little caps and ligatures.
