It is an extremely formal and yet lively font style family with 6 hundred pre-made alternates. Mozart Script is a multilingual font style family with 4 weights. Let me call it an "opentype penmanship" font.
How to get access to alternates: Easily! Truly ... As easy as one-two-three ... To access alternates just type the number after the letter: a1, a2, a3 and so on.
.Type your text and begin having fun with alternates. Each of the letter has around 20 options, but some letters like "t" a lot more - around 30. Each of the letter has it's own number of alternates with typical rule: First come intermediate letters then last letters (for the endings) and after that initial letters (for beginning of the word)
.Capital letters have 3-4 alternatives. So just type M1, M2, M3 or M4 and discover your preferred one!
.This method is very quick and makes designer's life so simple! You can also utilize the glyph panel with no restrictions. All characters are available through glyph panel also, much more each of the alternate letter has it's own unicode (PUA) so you can copy/paste from Apple Typeface Book or Windows Character Map. Total amount of glyphs 1579, includes more then 600 individual alternates.
.Opentype functions include that the first lowercase (after a capital) and last letter change immediately. You simply require turn on Contextual Alternates. Mozart Script comes with 4 weights: Thin, Regular, Bold and Black with extra thin primary line. I advise use this choice for headings and big texts. It has incredibly high contrast between ultra thin and vibrant lines.
.The just distinction in between Mozart Script Ext and the regular weights is that thin line is a bit broader. I highly suggest to utilize this alternative when you type little texts/paragraphs.
.Mozart Script does not include OTF files. Those do not work appropriately with long swashes. The TTF files will support all of the features mentioned in this description.
