Museo was designed by Jos Buivenga and published by exljbris. Museo includes 10 designs and household bundle options. p > Museo ... it all began with my love for the letter 'U'. This uppercase letter simply came to me as an image in a vision. The top of both stems bent into semi-slab serifs. From this principle I exercised the rest of the uppercase letters. My very first intent was to make it an all-caps display screen font style, however after a while, I changed my mind. I wanted it to be a bit more flexible, so I decided to add lowercase and change spacing and kerning to increase legibility.

This OpenType font style family can be found in 5 weights, and each weight features assistance for CE languages, even Esperanto. Besides ligatures, contextual options, stylistic alternates, portions and proportional/tabular figures, Museo has a 'case' function for case-sensitive forms.
