Nadine was designed by Gert Wiescher, Bernard Naudin and released by Wiescher Design. Nadine contains 3 styles and household package options. p > Nadine is a very stylish Script. I based the design on a set of initials that Bernard Naudin created around 1920 for Deberny & & Peignot. I provided the typeface a name "Nadine" because that sounds similar to Naudin.

Naudin is in my viewpoint among the most undervalued designers of that time. Cassandre and Jackno were his colleagues at D&P but were more thinking about promoting themselves. Naudin was not creating fonts that were in style in those days, preferring to do his own thing.

Since he only drew one set of initials I needed to do the rest. I developed 3 versions to be utilized together.

First, a Normal variation with capitals that are not so sophisticated and open lowercase letters; it is very useful for longer copy.

Second, an Extra variation whose capitals stick basically to the originals - however with a little narrower and various lowercase letters, in addition to Middle ages ciphers.

Third, a StartEnd variation that gives you really elaborate capitals to start a text and lowercase end-letters to complete a paragraph with.

Must read!

Only the Typical Script can be utilized on its own.

The Additional should definitely be combined with the Typical cut to get more variation.

The StartEnd cut can not be used on its own, the letters won't fit together.

All three cuts need to always be used together.

So I figured, I only offer them together however for a reasonable price.

Your fair and classy typedesigner, Gert Wiescher
