Non Solus, the first digital version of Eric Gill's 'Solus' typeface of 1929, is now used in 4 weights, each with a complimentary italic. The typeface is predictably English, uncluttered and elegant, more modern and less fussy than Joanna, Gill's other piece serif, and likewise possessing greater warmth. The Non Solus household brings a forgotten timeless back to active duty. Gill's alternative M lies at the μ secret (Alt M on a Mac, Alt-0181 on a PC).
